1st March 2013 Their prices seem to be good, they responded quickly with emails and despatch confirmation. HOWEVER, the courier company they used lost my item. After talking to NZ couriers, I found out it might take 5 days to track the item down. I decided to contact punch supplements to enquire about their process for when an item goes missing.
This is where things become fishy.
It was business hours and no one picked up the phone, so it went through to the following voicemail message:
"Hello. No one is available to take you call. Please leave a message after the tone."
It was that familiar artificial robot voice-message, not what you would expect from a legitimate retail company. It did not inspire any faith I had in them. Here is a simple suggestion for you Punch Supplements:
"Hello, you have reached Punch Supplements. No one is available to take you call, but leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible."
I do hope to see a positive end to this episode so I can write them a better review.
