16th February 2017 The customer service and security are very poor. I switched from a defective storage unit to a normal working unit and was whacked an extra $90 fee for this.
There was no apology for this mistake but life was made more difficult for me.
The storage units are also not very secure, the door won't close properly but keeps flipping outwards when locked. I am not sure if the proprietor intended to rent out defective units at a lower cost thus compromising safety.
I was switched to another unit where the lock won't close properly. When I enquired about it, they said they won't do anything about it despite not having looked at it!
There also seems to be nepotism involved. The manager initially assured me that I could use their trailer for free while there is only a charge for using a truck .
However, when I asked for the $90 extra fee to be waived as it was their mistake, they decided there should be retribution and now would charge me $50 for a single use of the trailer , which departed from what they promised initially.
This is despite them loaning the trailer out for free to friends and relations for weeks on end last year , when I saw that a lady was able to book the trailer for several weeks at one go. Talk about double standards!
When I raised my concerns to them on a designated email they have given me, there was no response for more than 24hours and I am still waiting...
