7th October 2013 I had and unfortunately unpleasant experience At Bp Connect Whylies Today. when I enquired about how long a product I was purchasing had been in the wild bean cafe warmer. I had asked a customer service representative this question when the manager took it upon herself to say the following to me. "DONT ASK MY STAFF THOSE KINDS OF QUESTIONS" I felt as a customer I was well with in my rights to ask this question, when she had confronted me I felt embarrassed and upset. I definitely did not leave the store Road Happy.
