Are you interested in improving your cycle racing, targeting a specific race or just maintaining your cycling fitness? While learning how to train and race more effectively, I can provide a service that will benefit you.
1 on 1 personal cycle coaching, typically includes:
An initial consultation to set up your individualised training programme and to begin building a relationship between us for successful achievement of your goals.
Training rides with me and/or in a groupe of similiar ability cyclists, to specifically identify your cycling strengths and weaknesses and continue building our coach-athlete relationship.
Your individualised training programme is web-based, which we access online to review and make ammendments from anywhere with internet access.
Mentor meetings off the bike to improve your training, racing and psychological skills.
Gym based core and strength conditioning exercises can be covered at my workplace, Lincoln University Recreation Centre.
Finally, you will get regular weekly communication from me to make sure your training is kept on track.
