WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: I brought my $850 Emporio Armani watch to Bryant's to get the minute hand adjusted as it had caught itself on the "8". $30 later it seemed to be working OK, and I was happy. Within the week however, something inside it had worked itself loose and was shaking around in there. Taking it back to Bryant's expecting a sincere apology and them to fix it for me, I was asked to pay more money JUST for a quote. I was told it could be because I fell over, dropped it, got in a fight (?!?), or "general wear and tear". I'm sorry but genuine Armani watches don't fall to pieces from wear and tear! Watch is not even a year old and had been working perfectly, one week after being taken apart by Bryant's it's internals were in pieces. Coincidence? Hardly. Unbelievably bad customer service, I will not be recommending this business to friends or family for anything. In fact quite the opposite. Thank you very much for destroying my beautiful Armani watch.
