30th July 2016 When we left the car for repair, we agreed the payment would have been covered by the person who caused the accident. When we picked up the car, the other person was late and he couldn't honor his pledge. We paid, with the promise to be refunded after they would have been covered by the other person. When it happened, they said they normally offer credits, not a refund. They "exceptionally" could do it, keeping 10% (!!!) of admin fees. They totally ignored our last mail, suggesting different refunding procedures, and they kept their 10% .
