United Engineers is a fully equipped CNC machine shop situated in Dunedin, New Zealand. We pride ourselves on providing quality machined products with exceptional service to keep our customers satisfied.

We are specialists in:

Production Machining
One off jobbing work
General repair work
Machinists of all materials including steels, aluminum, stainless, plastics and composites

We have an array of different machines to ensure we can manufacture many different components as efficiently as possible. Therefore being more affordable to our customers.

Our current workshop consists of:

Two CNC 2 axis lathes which can turn very small diameters up to around 200 diameter. Both these lathes have bar feeders which can automatically feed up to 50 diameter bar. Great for production runs.

One 3 axis lathe with live tooling, and a bar feeder.

One tech turn lathe great for jobbing work

Two CNC 3 axis milling machines. Maximum travel X-1000mm, Y-600mm, Z-700mm

A range of manual lathes and mills.

Surface grinding.

CADCAM Facilities
