Classic Real Estate's Coatesville office is in the heart of Coatesville on the Coatesville Riverhead Highway. It's earned a reputation as an office that blends the friendliness of its rural area with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

The office services Coatesville, Dairy Flat, Riverhead, Waitoki and Wainui, with most sales being for lifestyle blocks ranging from an acre to about 100 acres. Classic Real Estate is the only real estate company with a branch in the Coatesville area.

Eight salespeople work from the office. These are all salespeople who take pride in their work and are specialists in selling in the area. They are dedicated, experienced and committed to delivering the highest degree of professionalism and service.

Almost all of the Coatesville salespeople live on local lifestyle blocks, a factor that ensures they are in touch with the visions of potential purchasers. The Coatesville team is ably led by Branch Manager Colin Claxton, AREINZ and Licensed Auctioneer, who has over 20 years experience in real estate. He demonstrates a love for the industry and a real passion for the auction process. To date he has conducted over 600 auctions and is often called upon by other companies to assist in their programmes.

Many of the Coatesville salespeople are longstanding Classic Real Estate staff who have been with the company for upwards of 5 years, some as many as 10 and 15 years. The office was originally home to the Coatesville postmistress, affectionately known as ‘Knipie’. Today, walk through its doors and you'll be greeted by Denise Hughes, a friendly local resident. Denise started as the Coatesville Office Administrator in 1999, although her links with real estate go back to 1991.
