My business was referred to "Marty's" s we had a consultation with the owner for a sign and were promised a design/proof by the end of the week.... two weeks later still no design so we called and chased it up and were told it would it was almost finished and would be emailed by the end of the day. We waited another 3 days without a proof before calling just be told by the designer who was assigned the job that "he'd been to busy"! Doing what? Work.. like he was supposed to be doing for us? Finally we received a design that day that had been blatantly rushed at best and was full of mistakes. When we asked to go over the errors and make the necessary changes, the member of staff said he was too busy and was very rude and dismissive. So we decided to call the owner "Marty" himself and let him know of our disappointment and to our amazement he told us that as they had been in business for over 20 years this is how they can treat their new clients and this is why many people don't like to work with them". Basically they didn't want/need the work! I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism or complete absence of customer care. Would not recommend to anyone.
