17th August 2012 Really unhappy tonight... Had a really rude waitress and when I spoke to the owner about how rude the waitress was she pretended she didn't understand me (but she did... I've had other conversations with this lady and I know she understands English perfectly) .. I couldn't believe that the owner would pretend to use the language barrier to get out of a complaint... I would have let this go if a week ago this hadn't happened...
My sister is vegetarian and ordered Teriyaki Vegetables, which she had had many times before. She was eating away and spat out a piece of beef. I felt it, smelt it and pulled it apart and it was most definitely meat. My sister was not upset but told the owner about it and said she wan't upset but she wanted to tell her in case it happened again to someone else. The owner took it away then came back to the table saying the chef said it was a mushroom. It was most definitely NOT a mushroom.
So now after these TWO terrible experiences I can't believe their attitude towards keeping their customers happy. Her attitude seemed to be because they are cheap they don't have to address complaints... terrible customer service!
Great pricing, good food with quantity, and good service.
