27th June 2010 I met the CEO in a work related capacity but he very quickly pursued another agenda for several months despite his personal situation. He frequently spoke ill of people including his business partner and I too would question the integrity of at least this individual as well as his inability to take responsibility for actions and display honesty in all aspects. My advice is be weary however, though the top person may be questionable this is not a reflection on the development staff.

25th June 2010 Just noticed that IWL removed their homepage www.integrationworks.co.nz from google search so my review submitted in google would not show. Instead it goes to the contacts. Now that is integrity and honest leadership, NOT!

6th April 2010 Unfortunate mistake. A lot of fluff but little substance. A lot of promises but questionable delivery. No issue with the ability of the developers but the leadership ability, decision making and integrity of those leading the company is what I found deficient, and frustrating. Safer to go with someone else.
