20th March 2011 This was my usual garage and I have received average to good service up until yesterday when, after filling up, my car broke down as I exited the garage and pulled on to the main road (still directly outside the garage). All of the Caltex staff refused to help. There were four staff members on duty that I could see, only two were actually engaged in work, and I needed only brief assistance in getting my vehicle moved off the main road for obvious safety reasons. Eventually a passerby helped me. I will not return to this garage and neither will any of my friends or family.
