Absolutely terrible customer service - took 9 months to get 2 doors. It took them 3 months just to send someone to our house to run the measurements. They didn't reply to e-mails unless I kept sending enough follow up e-mails to annoy them. The 2 gigs in administration are terrible and add no value whatsoever. It is obvious they do not want to be there. If you can find another door company to use please do yourself a favor and do it. It may be hard as Hoults seem to hold a monopoly and they know it by the way they run their 'business' and I use that term loosely as business should have customer service. If you do have to buy a door from here look forward to banging your head against the door that you purchase from sheer frustration of having to deal with these people.
