4th February 2017 After sales service is virtually non-existent. Don't be fooled by the warranty, once they have your money for the install they won't want to know you. We have had multiple issues with the doors in particular and have spent months chasing them trying to have issues rectified. When we did finally get some movement from them they tried to charge us for what was clearly an issue covered under warranty.
Don't be fooled by the reviews of people who have had recent installs - they are good at that bit. Talk to those of us who have had the product for 7+ years, more than 4 of which have been plagued with problems without resolutions.
