01/08/14 Purchased Meal for two, drove home to find the Burgers that I ordered were not what I received, had to return to store only to be told the burgers were put in the wrong boxes, also, there was no receipt. I gave the Staff the option of redoing my order but they refused. False packaging is no different from false advertising. There was no refund, I don't expect anything for nothing but I do expect to get what I pay for. McDonalds Te Awamutu will lose far more than the money that I lost to them over this - believe me.

We visited your business at around 1845 hrs on Thursday 13/12/12 and ordered a Mighty Chicken Burger, a Cheese Burger a large Strawberry Thick Shake and a Caramel Sunday. Everything was fine but instead of a Caramel Sunday we were given a Strawberry Sunday. We told the girl at the check out window about this and showed her the receipt, she was visibly annoyed and exchanged the Sunday for a 3/4 filled Caramel Sunday of which I have photographed, kept the receipt and didn't say a word, which was probably the best because I would have told her about her attitude. We come here at least twice a week, but this is the last time. Phil
