11th December 2013 We bought a shower screen off this company, after it was installed we found a large scratch on one pane of glass. When we went back to them they were completely uninterested in doing anything about their damaged products. The staff were also rude and obnoxious. They suggested we must have scratched it - no possible, as it remained in its original packaging until we installed it.
We mus agree with the other reviews on this site, worst service. If you are looking for plumbing supplies, try anywhere else first - UNIVERSAL PLUMBING PLUS SUCK

17th November 2010 After having yet another bad experience with this operation, I felt compelled to write this review. The reason for my continued visits was that it's very conveniently located to my house, but after the last experience, I'll not return. My wife also found them unhelpful, off-hand and unwelcoming. They seem geared to sell to trade plumbers - but if they're not prepared to assist members of the public with leaking taps and the like, they should state that they deal with trade customers only. Everything seems a bother for them, and they've tried several times to sell me completely unneeded parts (like a whole kitchen mixer!) when a new set of O-rings was what was required. They even tried to sell me a new cartridge when there was nothing wrong with the old one - as later determined by a helpful plumbing store.
Bad service, bad attitude & helpful - who needs that? Never again will I go there.
