10th November 2011 The technician who was suppose to service our pool ran 45 minutes late without informing us and left us waiting, then when i called up the company to ask whether the technician is still coming the lady just said "he's stuck in traffic" and i asked them why no one bothered to ring us and tell us, and the reply was "well you're not suppose to be on the phone while driving". Not very pleasant at all, the lady who answered the phone didn't apologise once even up till the end of the conversation and just asked whether i still wanted to wait or should i book for another day. Didn't expect that kind of customer service, possibly the actual servicing of the pool by the technician is good, but definitely not the attitude of the person answering their calls.
