16th August 2011 I purchased a wooden bunk set from this business under the pretense that it would break down into two single beds. It does, only there is a 20 cm difference in heights between the beds when assembled into two singles. I went back to the shop to inquire as to why this is the lady said she would call the owner and get him to contact me. He didn't, so I went back a few days later, the owner of the store was there and he said... "Well it does break down into two beds, we never said they would be the same height, its not my problem". I told him I wouldn't have purchased them had I known as they would look rediculous in my daughters bedroom. Again he said it wasn't his problem and he wasn't prepared to do anything about it. He was rude and completely unhelpful. I would not have spent the $900 on that bunk had I known. I will never go back to that shop and encourage others to look elsewhere!!
