Response to 2nd April Review. We are sorry you did not appreciate our services. After reviewing the details as follows:Your vehicle came into our workshop 22nd March 2014 for rear brake pad replacement for which your were charged $210.76 GST Inclu. Eleven days later 2nd April 2014 your partner contacted us and our mechanic went to be of assistance upon his arrival he was greeted with a verbal tirade. It was noted that the left rear wheel had all wheel nuts missing except for the locking nut which was still fitted properly to the vehicle. He fitted the wheel nuts and was one short so returned with another. Had the wheel nuts not been put back on or left loose enough to work there way off the wheel would have come off 2 days max after the job was done and the remaining locking nut could not have held the wheel in place for the next 9-11 days on its own and still be properly fitted. You were not charged for this service to you on 2nd April. We think you had your wheel nuts stolen. We think you have been unfair in your review and that we have been more than generous in our services to you. We treat our clients with courtesy and respect due them and it is sad when they can't do the same.
