I love the new menu that the new owners have brought its much better than previous owners but the service is really poor the female worker has stuffed my order up three times out of five it may be due to the language barrier as her English is poor I asked for a refund the last time as I had to wait 50min for cold chips and the wrong pizza arrived although she did offer to send correct pizza after telling me I got what I ordered and I don't no what I want or what I ordered for 20min and two hang ups as she couldn't understand why I didn't want to wait for 45min for another pizza and didn't want to no about the cold fries so I asked for manager and refund and she refused me both so poor phone service and bad manners have made me never want to go here ever again.
