14th September 2012 To be honest very dissapointed with todays experience. I went in there to buy a $3080 Nikon Lens, when the guy looked up the price he was laughing, so either I'm the first professional photographer to ever step foot in the shop or the price was so over-inflated he found it funny?!? I needed it urgently for a shoot the next day and had already confirmed with their supplier MacAlister that it was in stock ready to go just needed to be ordered thru an official reseller. The guy at the shop said there is no way he could allow me to pay on the spot and then collect from the supplier the same day and quite happily watched me walk out. At a minimum they lost a $3080 lens order over that, plus guess whose not getting my dual D800 order now.

11th July 2012 Really bad customer service. Guy behind the counter was rude, unhelpful & basically more suited to working in a room by himself and not dealing with customers. Have had to deal with him on 2 occassions and both times hes been rude. Hope he feels good that hes creating this image for the company!

29th December 2011 Walked into this store to spend around $4000. Upon presenting one of the employees with a price list from a competitor & asking if he could compete, he simply turned around and said "I'll let that one go" without even discussing alternatives, etc. For all he knew I could have been there to buy multiple kits. As a business owner I would be furious to hear that an employee of mine would let a customer just walk out the door. Very rude and disrespectful! I ended up buying my gear from a camera store which is just 5 mins down the road.
