I completely trust Mike and Symone and their team. They are always friendly, take the time to explain the problem, go out of their way to get things done quickly if you have an unexpected problem and never overcharged me. Both me and my husband have been coming for years and we were always satisfied. Great people, great service and often a loan car ready when you need it!

I completely trust Mike and Symone and their team. They are always friendly, take the time to explain the problem, go out of their way to get things done quickly if you have an unexpected problem and never overcharged me. Both me and my husband have been coming for years and we were always satisfied. Great people, great service and often a loan car ready when you need it!

Even after we moved away from Torbay (2.5 years ago) we always come back for anything related to our vehicles. The service is extraordinary, the mechanics experienced, the advise always spot-on, and a courtesy car is always waiting.... they pretty much are going the extra mile in all areas. The current local garage is around the corner and we tried it once but felt already ripped off. Torbay Service Station is the best!!! Thank you Simone and Mike & all the others.

Great friendly service, courtesy vehicle available, extra work carried out in quick smart fashion, all done to meet the W.O F. Loved how the friendly and knowledgeable staff were available for my questions, communication was as I would expect, prices were very competative and good advice offered. thank you, what a treat to have my car vacumed, the dash cleaned and my tyres painted. Wahoo, felt like a new car again! Thank you !

Great service, we have had a cars serviced there for 4 years. They always do a great job. Our cars have had now issues are always running smoothly, thanks for the great workmanship and for always going the extra mile. Highly recommendable

Torbay Service Station is true to their motto "Expect Excellence" They often go the extra mile when working on my car which they have been doing for many years now. They can be relied on to do an excellent workmanship. I can highly recommend them to anyone.

Now ive had some bad experiances with mechanics in the past, but these guys were brilliant, called them up at 8am, they came over and towed my car for me at 8:30 then diagnosed the problem an hour later, had it fixed for me by the end of the day at a very competitive price.. will definatly be going back there for services, wofs etc Cheers.

I took my car to Torbay service station after trying to get a fix for a problem that my mechanic in Ak city was not able to diagnose. They were great! car went in, I got a loan car & next day repaired at a good price. thanks for all your help would definitely recommend.

My parents have just had a shocking experience with this business. Unhelpful and rude service, terrible communication, charges for work which was nerver done (as their diagnosis of the problem was wrong), and sloppy workmanship. If you ever get the chance to use this business I have one word of advice: DON'T!
