Covaflex has custom make our outside clear blinds for our cafe in Drury, Auckland over the last two years. Kate was amazing to work with and really went out of her way to help us with any questions we had. The blinds have made a huge difference to our business over the last two winters, even in the summer when it is raining. We can still use our outside areas now. Our customers know that we have a warm and welcoming cafe next to the fire and still feel like they are out in the gardens. Our Covaflex Deck Blinds have been one of the best investments we made for our home...our blinds were custom made exactly how we wanted them n they are wonderfully tough, durable, totally weatherproof n a great looking design...this allows our deck to be used throughout the year...its completely see through so no obstructions...so easy to roll up n down securely fastened by a simple designed clip...the customer service was outstanding from the start, great and fast communication from Kate & the team and Kate always made herself available for us...we were so impressed with our original design that we upgraded one of our blinds to a double zipper doorway for more convenient access in the winter...An absolutely fantastic product, fair prices and along with an amazing team...what more could you ask for...We are so thankful and appreciative for covaflex!...Nisha Marsh, Waiomio Kawakawa, Bay Of Islands :-)

This is the worst company I have dealt with, From the barely competent telephonist to the underperforming manager. I ordered a pennant flag through them , in March, now in November I still do not have my purchase. I have made many calls and emails to the manager Kate Mc Donnell and am put off every time , that is only when I actually make contact otherwise she does not bother to answer my emails or calls All in all a very bad company to deal with and I never will again Ian Barnsdall 0274781440

Terrible company to deal with. IF you get hold of them they have one excuse after the other. Been waiting 4 months now for my curtains, and nothing but excuses from them. They know how to correspond till they have your money. Be very careful when dealing with these people.

Terrible experience dealing with this company!! There was no response via email and everytime I called I was fed an excuse to the point that I believed I had been scammed. First people had been away sick, then the machines broke down, then the computer system wasn't working so they couldn't trace where my items were, when I called for a refund again i was told that the employee had a dislocated shoulder. Buyers beware!!! All I got at the end of this was a headache and dissapointed child with no sandpit.

Covaflex was very slow in responding to emails and their after sales service left a lot to be desired. They need to look at their customer service and have a refund policy. They have been unwilling to consider a refund for items I did not receive. This issue has not yet been resolved. I will not deal with them again.
