18th June 2015 Very poor service here. Staff members are very rude and unhelpful.
I was trying to find a book for my plane journey and when asking for assistance was told no and that they don't have a great selection and wouldn't even bother looking.
So poor, the manager on at the time didn't do anything to help, a very grumpy lady who seemed unsure what she was doing most of the time.
