22nd June 2010 I bought my car in to be fixed, I explained to Ken the situation and he gave me his 'professional advice'. That was to put it up and drop the pan and see if there is metal in the transmission, from there they should be able to diagnose the issue. He also mentioned they could plug it into the computer - this would download any problems that may have been stored for the fee of $90. I asked him what he would do and he said take a look underneath. So long story short, and $523 later I drove my car away with the original problem I bought it to Ken with. Overall I was disgusted with the service, the lack of communication and just unprofessional. They are not MTA registered and I wish I had checked! Definitely avoid doing business here! Ken is rude and unhelpful, and I honestly felt I was ripped off...
