I have been going to Northwest Dental Centre for 18 years (with a break of a few years since we moved away from the Bryndwr area, but I went back after having a bad experience with another dentist). I have never, ever had any problems at Northwest Dental Centre. My dentist (Stephen) and hygeniests have always been professional and helpful. My mother-in-law also goes to Northwest Dental Centre, and she has been going there for a lot longer than I have (around 30 years at least, I think), and she has never had a problem either. I would highly recommend them and have recommended them to several friends and family.

From my personal experience, these guys are incompetent and negligent. Basically, they totally stuffed up on diagnosis and treatment, cost me the integrity of several teeth and several thousand dollars. I'd just moved back to NZ and my wife suggested that we go to the 'local' dentist. Big mistake! Don't go there!!! I understand that normally, I could be liable for saying such things - but my dentist at Northwest was that BAD - there's no way that he could challenge this!!!!
