11th January 2011 I really enjoyed my dealings with Big Blue. I thought the sales team were very friendly, polite and efficient. The time from wanting a water cooler, to getting it installed into my office was exceptionally fast. It is a refreshing change to deal with a welcoming company.
We provide rental and purchase options for a wide range of water coolers, underbench systems and filters. Our water delivery service covers the Greater Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Palmerston North and Canterbury regions.

10th January 2011 We were with another company and we were suppose to get water delivered every week but it didnt take long for us to run out of water and our deliveries to dry up.
We contacted Big Blue, a helpful sales lady helped us work out which cooler and how much water we would need and had the new cooler installed less than 2 days later.
So far all of our deliveries have come ontime and we are getting consistent service. We also love that we were allowed to force a signature for all deliveries so when our invoices arrive we know they are all accurate.
Great company 4.5/5 stars.

24th October 2010 As office manager for a firm of over 50 people, we were in desperate need of a water delivery solution that didn't result in our top workers waiting for the tea jug to boil -- the hot and cold bottled water machine provided by Big Blue looked great and performed better -- everyone loves the crisp, clean taste and the ease of getting it boiling right out of the child-proof hot water dispenser! The chrome design worked well in the kitchen and we all feel safer drinking bottled water delivered by Big Blue's friendly and efficient staff -- they also clean and replace the filters for the coolers twice a year free of charge! We like being able to put in extra orders online and have tried some of their special products like the electrolyte replacement Squincher. Fresh water flows frequently from this great Kiwi-owned and operated business . . . 5 stars!
