5th December 2013 DREADFUL! I had ordered an item off of Trade Me and this is how it was shipped to me. Apparently, they required a signature for ALL parcels, which is stupid unless it is being delivered to a business since most people work 9am-5pm. But I was working from home that day and went to check the tracking only to find a delivery was already attempted. I heard no knock on the door and was left a calling card. I was on hold for ages and the line dropped. Then called again in the afternoon. I was given three options - re-deliver without a signature, send to a work address or pick it up from Onehunga (Why would I want to pick it up? It defeats the reason to pay for shipping if you ask me). I went with re-deliver without a signature and I had to email with directions to where is a "safe place to leave it." (Isn't that your job to figure out? And surely there's some common else on where is a "safe place" to leave it.) I also needed to return the calling card with a signature. This is such a poor shipping company. Their company name is one big false advertising. In no way is it fast or a courier if I need to tell them how to do their job.

4th July 2011 This is the first time I have ever used fastway couriers. They sent the package and left it at the front door, which is against their policy to collect signitures. I have been trying to talk to fastway, and have recieved no sympathy or help, not even from teh customer service manager. Seven weeks after odering this package I still do not have it.
I will never use fastwway again if I can help it.
