are always happy to assist and are good value. Good middle level encouragement and are not fanatics. Most of us live life doing another disciplines and GYM is only a place to keep fit or just get away from the 'other' world. (from members reviews)

i go to the gym around 4 to 5 times a week. first few week i didn't know what to do so i did whatever i felt like. but since i got the exercise program from the gym and fitness magazine from bookshop i started making my own program for myself. and i lost 1.5 kg for 5 weeks(my aim wasn't loosing weight)and grew quite a bit muscles all of the body. i feel more energetic and even healthier. one thing i don't really enjoy is loud music at the gym. most of the time it makes me sick so i feel like i need ear plugs. but other than that I'm very satisfied with my workout and the gym. have a good day I have been witness to the benefit of proper instruction on exercises. Performing them properly after direction form personal trainers and staff at JWO, makes all the difference (from members reviews)

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and happy to help out at all times. Enough space to work out effectively but socialism at the same time. (from members reviews book)
