24th March 2010 The Grey Lynn RSC is a friendly club, open to members and guests. Membership is very reasonable, inquire at the bar. The venue boasts a fabulous upstairs retro dining and dance area, one the best dance floors in town, available for casual hire. Downstairs features a well stocked bar, full TAB facilities, pool tables, snooker table, bistro 5 days a week, live bands on Friday nights and gaming machines. Big screen TVs make this a popular place for viewing live league, rugby, boxing and cricket and motor sports. Anzac day ceremony commences 9am 25 April. This is a gem in the neighbourhood. I am a member there. Jane Jackson
24th April 2013 The Grey Lynn RSC is probably a local icon that is one of the areas best keep secrets. The site has been used for the community almost since the start of last century but it has an active and diverse commitee that ensure while club members are well catered for, local's can join and have a comfortable, safe environment to enjoy without having to travel. Friendly staff and regular member users make you feel welcome with great facilities and entertainment. With ANZAC Day tommorrow, I vigorously recommend you support the day of rememberance by attending the memorial ceremony for which the Club extends an open invitation to all the community and their families. Plus you don't have to get the kids out of bed in the dark for a 6.00am service at the Auckland Domain when you can attend the 9.00am service at Francis Street. Brett Haine, Member.
