My partner and I had pamper package that was supposed to be as a couple (but the treat was entirely done seperately), We had a very good massage by another lady but then when we had the remaining treatment was very poor we thought. The owner spent 90% of the time (1 hour) out of the room fluffing around and did not say why or how long she would be gone for while we just waited wondering what was going on and if she would ever come back. The facial was roughly done and brief to say the least, the towel was cold and washed our facess without warning and was very heavy handed. The whole experience was very dissapointing and far from the romantic experience we had hoped for! I did not pay the full price because of this poor service and she offered to give us a complimentary "treatment" but not surprisingly we declined her offer!
