28th March 2012 These guys are extremely rude and difficult to deal with. It is common practice for them to lock alarms that are the property of the home owner and then refuse to unlock the alarm unless you pay them $100 or use them to monitor your alarm.
Use this company at your own risk! I have had such an awful time with them that I have written to Fair Go.
