Ensuring the rent is paid and the property is cared for by way of careful tenant screening.
Managing maintenance and using trades people with a proven track record. We do find most maintenance issues are small and will normally see to them 'in-house' saving you money - we are conscious it is your money that is being spent and that effects the return you get on your investment!
