26th June 2013 I don't agree with the person who gave a 5 star above. After giving birth I was having difficulties with breastfeeding. I was in so much pain and my nipples actually went green with infection (yes too much info but it's true). I went to see the doctor and he wouldn't even look at them. It was basically too embarrassing for him! A month later and I was still having issues, I went to another doctor and he actually resolved the problem. No thanks to Dr Smiley! I also took my daughter who had runny eyes. They tried to give her antibiotics without even swabbing but I made them swab. Over a month later I received a call from the doctor to say she didn't need antibiotics (her eyes had cleared naturally by then anyway). I then tried to call to book my daughter in for an appointment and they were fully booked for the week. I called on Monday morning. There are two really good doctors there and they are the only ones I will see (a young scottish one, i forgot his name and a doctor called Keith).

30th August 2012 The fees for this practice are every affordable but there is never any consistency of medical care as the medical staff change so frequently. I recently consulted a junior doctor who appeared to be on rotation there and her opinion was over-ruled by a principal doctor. Three weeks later I was admitted to hospital.
Appointments are short and swift usually as no doubt a higher turnover of patients means more money. However, the nurses are generally very good and there is a comprehensive range of services available.

25th March 2012 my review is 0 they are all terrible!!!!.
One doctor even halved my asthma medication without even telling me... which i have had since i was 6 been in and out of asthma clinics and hospital trying to get it under control, it has now been under control for awhile and only meeting me once and obviously not looking at my record,s did this! which could've resulted in a complete attack, unthinkable!!!!!! and not to mention extremely dangerous... i may even take that further i think.
I went in there once with baby on one hip, a baby baby bag over one arm and my handbag on the other arm and got told to "shut the door" disgraceful!! needless to say i had to kick the door shut, outrageous.
I actually rung today for an appointment today (Tuesday) and they cannot get me an appointment until NEXT WEDNESDAY absolutely ludicrous!!!!! that is completely unnecessary!!..
I should've listened to the locals about how terrible all the doctors at this practice are, come on Wellsford Coast to Coast where are your people skills and what ever happened to a "family Gp" who knows you and your whole family????? i have only heard terrible things about this practice and I'm just about ready to go elsewhere unfortunately other practices are a while away, and coast to coast is very handy but if i have to i will, i would love to find a doctor who actually knows myself and my family so please Wellsford Coast to Coast buck up your ideas
Good local service, affordable fees and caring doctors. Busy staff who are caring, compassionate and professional.
