PORATH EXECUTIVE SEARCH was formed in 1997 by Mark Porath. He was joined in 2000 by Bryan Dyke; both Mark and Bryan have sustained records of achievement in senior executive search in New Zealand, Australia and major international markets with combined experience of 30+ years.

In New Zealand PORATH EXECUTIVE SEARCH has completed over 400 executive searches and recruitment projects in 11 years across all disciplines in most industry sectors at CEO, senior management and "hard to find" specialist levels. The practice also has a reputation in Director review, appraisal and appointment, Remuneration Reviews and Succession Planning Strategies.
