25th June 2007 I found this organisation to be very rude and unprofessional to deal with when managing the liquidation of one of it's clients.
In a recent liquidation of a local business, we were one of the many suppliers left waiting for cash and Business Care were handling the settlement. Business Care strung us along for 5 months promising the 'cash would be on it's way' and we waited patiently.
We now understand Business Care no longer manage this client, however they have neglected to notify us of this change, will not take any calls to explain the current situation, nor do they respond to requests for any information regarding who we should talk to now.
We feel we have been a very patient supplier who has been poorly treated by this organistaion and left to hang out and dry. We would have expected a more professional approach despite changes in circumstances. We felt they do not know how to deal with situations when things get difficult.
This business is not recommended.
