28th July 2008 I have on numerous occassions found the service in this shop appalling, was told when I went in tonight that they could not repair my jewellery because of a new so called "policy" that they will not repair jewellery unless the jewellery is purchased from them which is ludicrous, I ended up going to another jewellers who were more than happy to assist. Not the first time I have been unhappy with the service of this branch, if they dont pounce on you when you are trying to have a browse, they are too busy talking amongst themselves and quite often looking down on people. Will certainly lose alot of customers to other jewellers if this poor service continues.
