17th November 2013 I was new to Auckland and asked for pretty much a re-do of the existing colour I had as it was growing out and I had a few greys. The existing colour was a light reddish brown with very fine caramel highlights. What they gave me was BLACK/RED hair with a skunk stripe down the middle! I went back and asked them to dye over the skunk stripe with the BLACK/RED so atleast it all matched. I couldn't do anything about the hideous BLACK/RED as it was a permanent colour. I told them my previous hairdresser had put alot of effort into getting the dark out of my hair, so what did they do put it all back in with a permanent.
I also had a burnt head from the blowdry. And I asked for a fringe trim on my long side sweepy fringe and ended up with a fringe that stops half way down my forehead!!
I've had my hair done for 20yrs....all over the world......trust me when I say AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
