24th January 2012 Slow to act and often have to be prompted to do something, or take action. No real plan for my case,no time line for me to expect any feedback, just when things get out of control a little bit of attention is paid to my case untill things settle down, even then I would have to drive this action, but no follow through.
Seem to lack knowlege of their opportunities within the law and what can be done for the client. They seem over committed and unable to give full attention to a clients case, appear to be content to run around putting out fires rather than preventing the fire and protecting the client. For example corespondence with other lawers is never followed up, a solicitor could send a reply with no answers at all to our questions and this is often acceptable? how can a case progress when this is allowed to happen? 9 months and still I await some resolution to what I see as a simple proceeding.
