I was totally disappointed when I called Affordable rent a car as the Indian person I spoke to informed me that he had a car available to travel to Wellington to Auckland was available. He told me I had to come out to their car hire location, when I caught a taxi with my wife, as were are on our honeymoon in NZ and when we arrive, we were told NO there wasn't a car and we don't hire cars one way Auckland to Wellington! I called him three times that morning to clarify what I wanted they made us come all the way just to tell us that NO 'I'm sorry, quote "we made a mistake"! You can't treat like this!!!! Definitely NOT a serious operation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
