It has been a long time since I have come across this exceptional level of service. The younger sales lady impressed me with her product knowledge, upselling, knowledge of her own systems and genuine interest in helping us meet our needs. it was just an insurance claim to replace sunglasses but gosh she was great at her job. I feel this young lady will go a long way with that wonderful personality and motivation.
