19th October 2011 I've been coming to Molly's (Now the re-furbished Level One Restaurant and Bar) for years. Amazing, friendly service and great food to boot. Tip: Joy's scrambled eggs (breakfast time) are to die for and if you're going in for dinner - you can't beat the Sizzling Steak or the Raspberry and white chocolate Blondie for dessert.
For great food and dining atmosphere there's no need to go far with our Level One Restaurant conveniently situated on the 1st floor, offering Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (with an extensive a la carte menu). For conferences/special occasions we have set menu's and buffet menu's tailored to suit your requirements.
Restaurant and Bar open all day, with an all day menu available from 10:00am.
Chances Bar
Chances Bar located on the Ground Floor with access from either the Hotel lobby or Esk Street entrance.
Offers full TAB betting facilities, Gaming Machines, Sports TV(TM)s and Pool Table.
Open from 11.00am Monday to Saturday, and from 12.00 Noon on Sundays.

25th November 2010 I have dined at Molly's (now the newly renovated and refurbished Level One Restaurant and Bar) numerous times and the one consistancy is the fantastic service. The wait staff are friendly, helpfull and highly knowledgable of their menus and services. The food, however, has been unpredictable. If you have either Dion or Darrell on the grill, though, you are in for a treat!! Would definitely recommend Level One Restaurant and bar.

29th August 2010 Awesome meal the newly rebranded Level 1 restaurant is great. Staff are friendly and the meal was out to us Fast. Nothing to flash but very tasty
