Service was great, owners very polite and the food was... well, amazing! reminded me of Indonesia with every dish. the Rice table for $30.00 per person was very reasonable price for amazing array of dishes.. would highly recommend

All Dutch and All with a passion for the Indonesian cuisine. Currently the ONLY restaurant in New Zealand where you can enjoy the famous Indonesian banquet, where a multitude of cold and warm dishes is directly served to your table and kept warm on small candle powered heaters.

If you are not familiar with Indonesian food or find it hard to choose just one dish, we highly recommend ordering a ~Rijsttafel(TM)

I loved my experience at Restaurant Indonesia. The food was amazing, the service superb and the host simply delightful. The only downer on the evening was how hot the place was, it was like eating in a sauna. Still I would do it all again in a heartbeat.
