6th September 2011 Wot a fantastic reception we had and continue to have from the manager Nicola Jordan - nothing is too much trouble - she has a sunny, welcoming attitude and keeps us updated on current events and activities, sincerely caring to such an extent that after enquiring for my parents I've now made a 'forward booking' for myself in 30 years time!!!!! ....... julie
