After suffering from severe back pain for over 2 years and having tried physiotherapy and osteopathy both for the better part of a year respectively a friend suggested I try a chiropractor. After one visit to Toby at lotus I had immediate pain relief, after 3 sessions It was almost like my back pain never existed.

Toby's knowledgeable honest approach to his craft, and his holistic healing approach is second to none, as well as treating you on site, he also provides incite into exercises that you can take away and do at home which also assists in the healing process.

I would not hesitate to recommend Toby to anyone!!!

I had the good fortune of meeting Toby Hall when I moved to Paekakariki. After talking with him about his work I realized that he may be able to help with a reoccurring ear infection I have been troubled by for the last 4 years. After the first, treatment I noticed some change in my condition. Now after 6 weeks of weekly treatments all symptoms have disappeared and I am enjoying the relief I am am experiencing. The treatment are gentle and Toby is friendly and professional in his manner. Highly recommend. William Blakemore
