JOLT Challenge is an experiential Self Intelligence program designed to develop self-management and self-leadership skills. The program explores the awareness of your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and capabilities and in turn provides you with tools and strategies to better manage these areas. Better management of self leads to a greater understanding of others and greater personal efficacy in what we call the Big 3 " your Health, Wealth, and Relationships. It is endorsed by world leading management thinkers, business leaders, academia and sporting legends.
How it works
The program consists of a published Book and Journal (with 150 tools and exercises, 10x 90-minute classes) and online self-assessment.
Each week has the following theme:

Week 5: Master your EmotionsWeek 6: Explore your Behaviour
Week 7: Align your NeedsWeek 8: Unleash your Creativity
Week 9: Map your Future
Participants are recommended to invest in themselves an hour a day, five days a week over the program duration to maximise the benefits of personal mastery.
SAM (Self Assessment Module)
Participants progress is measured throughout the program with our online measurement system designed by world leading expert Dr Jane Davidson. This is at the end of week 3, 7, 9 and post 4 weeks. Participants are provided with a report once measurement is completed.
