I was quite worried about buying gold for the first time and had put this off for ages (even though I thought this a sensible option). Getting it to me in Chch seemed maybe a step too far. Any way the guys at MyGold explained the process well over the phone and the whole process was incredibly simple, fast and efficient. I will definitely use them again and would recommend.

I wanted a small investment in gold bullion and several attempts to do this in Tauranga were a complete waste of time. Electronic enquiries were ignored and phone messages were not responded to. I then contacted MyGold and the entire transaction was completed in a remarkable 3 minutes.

My partner and I wanted to purchase gold bullion for an insurance claim. To be honest I thought the whole process was going to be very slow and painful but Anita made it surprisingly relaxed and easy. She was very professional but also friendly and efficient in working this out for us, particularly in dealing with the insurance company and updating us on progress. I would absolutely recommend MyGold to anyone wanting expert advice and efficient customer service when purchasing bullion or jewellery

As a first time buyer of gold I was nervous about how to go about it as well as the possibility I would not receive the gold I'd purchased after handing over the money. As soon as I had emailed my request to purchase, I received an immediate response, outlining the procedure. Once I had completed this, I was contacted the following day, once receipt of my money was confirmed, and informed of the handling procedure which went without a glitch. I will continue to use MyGOLD in all future gold purchases. IKE
