4th December 2010 I had wanted to visit this restaurant since first hearing about it, I was not disappointed, the decor is amazing, the service attentive, my husband was ecstatic when a waitress told him he could try out the drivers seat of the Pink Cadillac parked outside. The Milkshakes and Spiders are well worth a try.The Burgers delicious. If I had one complaint, it was that my stomach was not big enough to hold the massive serving of chips that came with the meal.
Myself and the group that I went with thoroughly recommend dinning here.
28th August 2011 Went here on a whim one night. There weren't many customers, but that may have been because it was a weekday.
The decor is great. It reminded me of the time I spent in USA as a child, so it was great to be able to explain the Americana to my spouse. Most of it seems pretty authentic and, except for the repeating soundtrack and the Elvis video clips which don't match the music, is tastefully done.
The waitress was so-so. Neither friendly nor rude, just a sort of disinterested attitude, like she'd rather be doing something else. If they really wanted to match the theme, the waitresses should try to be a bit cheery...
We ordered two vegeburgers, which is the only thing on the menu for vegetarians, along with a milk shake. The later was quite authentic and similar to what I remember as a child. The burgers were fine, but nothing to write home about. They don't use a standard vege paddy, but make it out of various grilled and fresh vegetables. The buns were a bit dry though, and the fries were extremely mushy inside, more than they should be.
Not bad overall, but it left us feeling a bit bloated due to all the salt and fat, along with the large portions. It's fine for the experience, but we don't have plans to go again. Mostly we went for the novelty, which has now rubbed off.

29th November 2010 Excellent!
I would recommend the Cadillac Diner to everyone of all ages. The meals are generous in size and there is so much choice available. These meals are to die for and for those of you who feel like having breakfast at dinner time, this is the place. Thoroughly enjoyable atmosphere! The theme is fantastic along with the service and menu.
