I own the Bin Inn at Fiztroy in New Plymouth and sell this bread. My orders now are exceeeding 50+ loaves per week and word of mouth is spreading fast. The customers love the texture, the variety, the fact it doesn't crumble and you can eat it as a sandwich and has a shelf life of 7 days.
