9th November 2011 I used reliance repairs because of their other good review on here and boy I wasn't disappointed that I gave them a try,I will now not use anybody else ..Not only was the service prompt, the cost of fixing my dishwasher was well under what I had expected to pay despite the serviceman having to come out twice to my home In Te Awanga..If you want good old fashion value for money these are the people to get! I don't normally leave reviews good or bad but these guys were so exceptional I wanted to share my experience..Well done for a great service!!!!

29th September 2011 Reliance repairs were quick to come out when my machine washing broke. As soon as they found out that Samsung would be slow to respond, they came back to bring a temporary replacement unit (which they didn't charge for). I don't know how I would have done without it!
They spent a lot of time looking for the best repair solution and at the end their advice was sound. It was obvious they were looking for solutions that suited us and our budget rather than their own interest.
In the end, their charges were more than fair, which is not a comment I could make about any other repair companies I had used in the past.
We will use Reliance Repairs again without any hesitation, if just for the pleasure of their friendly contact.
